Alexander McQueen apparently didn’t get any of this season’s memos about the dangers of high heels. At his other-worldly fashion show in Paris yesterday, the designer sent ten-inch-tall pairs down the runway. Some were sequined, some animal skinned, some were painted and others look made from plastic. Which of these killer heels are to die for? And which might actually kill you?
