Just because your  Busy Phillips doesn’t mean your garb should look busy to.  The 32 year old is definitely channeling Mrs. Roper ( 80’s ” Threes’s Company” sitcom).

 

We’ve warned you before: if you play it safe on the red carpet, you’re going on our worst-dressed list. To some of the actresses on this list: With so many talented designers out there just throwing their gowns at you, it’s such a shame that you’re wearing something so boring. It also breaks our hearts to add some of our favorite actresses in some of our favorite designers (think Chanel, Lanvin and Giambattista Valli). The reason is plain and simple: they just weren’t working. Sorry, Busy Phillips , but no one is immune:(  Better luck next time!
