This is the gayest makeup ad I have ever seen and I love it! Love it! Love it! Heatherette is a fashion company and design house run by Traver Rains and Richie Rich. It is located in New York City. It owes its roots to the designer, Richie Rich’s, status as a “Club Kid” in the late 1980s and early 1990s.
I’ve always been a freak for their clothes and now this killer new M.A.C. makeup line they just released is giving me nightmares because my so called budget for things like food and gas is now ruined. I looked for hours trying to find a way to get a hold of that stunning new shade of “lipglass” it’s called Minx but it’s totally sold out on the M.A.C site..oh it would be soooo perfect on my lips. I’m also loving the Starlet Kiss and Sock Hop lipgloss too.

M.A.C has always had some of the best eyeliner in my opinion. Unlike most store bought eyeliner I love how rich and colorful the colors look on my lids. I have a tube of M.A.C Blue Pigment Eyeshadow Color Powder that I purchased over 3 years ago at the MAC store in Macy’s in NYC. I have used it as an eyeliner, eyeshadow, and even lipstick on special occasions that call for blue lips, lol. It’s been used at least 100 times and look, it’s still looks full and practically new. This is what makes M.A.C so worth the little extra money you have so spend for it. All I ever need was just a little and it went such a long way.
A dual-edged pencil where one of the tips provides a creamy eye liner formula that gives smooth, precise application in classic tradition while the second tip offers a glitter-finished eye liner. Use separately, as a dual line,…More

Sometimes looking good is just as much about what you don’t do as what you do. But if you chew on your cuticles or use a hair dryer every day, it’s time to hit the confessional. You’re committing a beauty sin!
Who among us has not committed at least one of these? Now is the time to repent!
Beauty Sin No. 1: Chewing on Your Cuticles
It may seem like just a little nibble, but torn cuticles lead to hangnails and that can lead to an infection. Jessica Vartoughian, owner of Jessica Nail Clinic in Los Angeles, told Cosmo the trick is to keep the skin around the nails moisturized. She recommends rubbing a thick cream or oil onto your cuticles daily and massaging them with an exfoliator every few days.
Beauty Sin No. 2: Changing Your Hair Color Too Frequently
It’s fine to change your hair color or tint occasionally, but if you dye your hair too often, it will make the strands weak — not to mention the identity crisis you’ll get when you go from blonde to red to brunette in a matter of weeks. Pantene celebrity colorist Rita Hazan told Cosmopolitan that darker shades are less damaging to your hair since you aren’t stripping away natural pigment. A permanent dye can be used safely once every four weeks, while an ammonia-free, semi-permanent formula can be used once every three weeks. Just remember to get an excellent conditioner and use it frequently!
Beauty Sin No. 3: Going To Bed Without First Washing Your Face
Falling asleep with eye makeup on does not only give you puffy bags when you awaken, can also lead to infection. New York City dermatologist Patricia Wexler says layers of foundation, concealer and blush clog up your pores and keep your skin from breathing. Even if you don’t wear makeup, you still need to wash your face before bed to rid it of oil and dirt. Here’s an idea: Use pre-moistened face wipes.
Beauty Sin No. 4: Getting a Fake Tan
Do we even have to say it? Those ultraviolet-A rays that are emitted primarily from tanning-bed bulbs are also known as “aging rays.” They will actually penetrate connective tissue, which leads to premature aging. And if that’s not enough, UVA rays have also been linked to skin cancer. Just get your tan from a bottle. It’s safe… and believable.
Beauty Sin No. 5: Using Too Much Heat On Your Hair
Put down the hair dryer, curling iron and flatiron now and no one will get hurt. These instruments of hair torture will not only dry out your hair, but also leave it dull, frizzy and weak. Joico artist Anthony Morrison, owner of the Londoner Salon in Los Angeles, told Cosmo you should use a medium heat and speed setting when drying your hair and keep the nozzle a few inches away from your head. When using a flatiron, slide it quickly down your hair, and release the curling iron after five seconds. Protect your hair with a moisturizing shampoo and heat protector spray.
Beauty Sin No. 6: Reprehensibly Dark Lip Liner
If friends are asking you how you enjoyed your hot cocoa and you didn’t have hot cocoa, you’re probably wearing lip liner that’s too dark. Stop it. You look silly. Go find a lip pencil that matches your lip color.
Beauty Sin No. 7: Appallingly Squeezing Your Zits
Bicoastal dermatologist Karyn Grossman explains that picking pimples not only pushes the bad stuff out of your skin, it also pushes it in deeper, resulting in prolonged redness and increased risk of scarring. She recommends using one-percent hydrocortisone on a pimple three times a day for up to five days to decrease inflammation.
Beauty Sin No. 8: Dreadfully Dramatic Contouring
Using deep contour shades to give the illusion of a sculpted nose or a sharper cheekbone looks divine on the pages of fashion magazines where choreographed lighting diffuses the gradations of tone. But in real life, you’ve got to blend those contour shades to near invisibility. That or look like a human outline.
Beauty Sin No. 9: Spidery Eyelashes (over clumping)
Eyelashes are a fine and delicate feature, so honor them as such by using mascara only to subtly enhance. If your impulse is to over-apply, you’re going to have to teach yourself to hold back. Spidery, clumped-up, wild-looking lashes are only attractive to other spiders.
Beauty Sin No. 10: Reckless Vibrancy
If you fancy vibrant cheeks, keep your lips understated. If, on the other hand, you’re aching for vivacious lips, cool it with the blush. It’s the difference between appearing sophisticated and clownish.

Ever since the advent of high-definition television (HDTV), viewers see on-screen details in a much sharper and more realistic fashion than is the case with regular TV. Unfortunately, for some celebrities, HD also reveals how they look in real life, which means blemishes, wrinkles, puffy cheeks, baggy eyes…and all manner of features that are usually covered up by the fuzzy, grainy look of standard definition television (much like the airbrushed celebs we see on magazine covers).
Well, after days and nights of watching nearly every Blu-ray disc and Oscar telecast we could get our hands on to pick out the celebs who don’t fare well in HD, we found a few doozies. We also talked to Phillip Swann, president of HD news site TVPredictions. who has been analyzing the high def experience and mailing lists of who looks great and who looks awful in HD for years. Here’s what we found.
Cameron Diaz-“Once upon a time Cameron Diaz was regarded as one of the most beautiful women on the planet,” says Swann. And who among the male population didn’t agree after seeing her in ‘There’s Something About Mary’ and ‘Charlie’s Angels?’ Well, unfortunately for Cameron, things changed with better picture quality. On last year’s HD Oscar telecast, her puffy cheeks and dark-circled eyes stuck out; this year was no exception, as Diaz also looked a wee bit tired and overly tanned in the Academy Awards HD telecast. “She’s had acne issues since high school, a lot of pock marks on her face and it’s really visible in high def,” says Swann. Perhaps that’s why her biggest role these days is the voice of Princess Fiona from ‘Shrek’.
Britney SpearsIt’s obvious now that she’s a disaster, but a few short years ago, Britney Spears was still at the top of the hottest celebrity lists. “In 2004, she was in HD for the first time during a concert from Miami,” says Swann. “I thought she would look great but she looked horrible . Her skin was ruddy, she had a lot of wrinkles. She looked like a 24-year-old going on 34.” The same sorts of unflattering features were undiscernable on the fuzzy, grainy standard-definition broadcast of the same concert, like so much celebrity airbrushing.
Brad PittThough men in Hollywood are allowed, unfairly, to age more gracefully than women, many male stars are affected by HD in that the subtle facial indicators that reveal personalities are more apparent. George Clooney, for example, comes across as very natural. “His face is very relaxed and unlined for a guy in his mid-’40s, and his charisma just shows through,” says Swann. Unfortunately, the same isn’t true for his ‘Ocean’s’ series costar, Brad Pitt. According to Swann, “He’s had acne issues over the years, so you can see those pock marks in high def. The other thing is he’s always had this vacant-eyed look on his face and in high def it’s real clear.” Still, how many women would really care?
Steven TylerMany musicians prefer to age naturally, often spurning surgery and makeup just because they don’t care. Even some of the harder partiers – Keith Richards, for example – don’t seem concerned with how they’ll look in HD. But then there are ones like Steven Tyler, who try to retain their youth but end up looking worse. “I see him in high def and I think of the Aerosmith song, ‘Dude, Looks Like a Lady,’” says Swann. “He’s had some weird work done on his lips so it looks more feminine, more like Liv than Steven.” In contrast, Paul McCartney has aged well and is flattered by the HD cameras. Says Swann, “I’m not saying he looks like he’s 30, but he looks younger than his years in high def. It’s clear he does a lot to look younger and it has its benefits.” So, rock stars, it’s time you’re influenced by the former Beatle in a whole new way.

NEW YORK - A man charged with stalking Tyra Banks has been ordered to stay away from the talk-show host or face going to jail.
Brady Green, according to a criminal complaint, has followed Banks from coast to coast since January, sent her letters and flowers, and tried to telephone her. Last week he was issued a court order requiring him to leave her alone.
Green, of Dublin, Ga., was arrested when he showed up several times March 18 at the Manhattan building where “The Tyra Banks Show” is taped and asked to speak to her, a misdemeanor complaint filed in Criminal Court says.
Banks also hosts the CW reality show “America’s Next Top Model.”
The complaint says building custodian Edward Troiano told police Green also had appeared at Banks’ Los Angeles studio “on multiple occasions” and asked to speak to her. He said Green had sent her letters and flowers there and had tried to reach her there by telephone at least five times, the complaint says.
Banks, 34, told police that Green’s actions had caused her to fear that she was in danger.
Police charged Green, 37, with stalking, criminal trespass and harassment. After his arraignment last Wednesday on the charges, Criminal Court Judge Anthony Ferrara released him without bail and ordered him to return to court May 13.
A telephone call to Green’s attorney wasn’t immediately returned Monday.
The New York Post said the Chelsea studio staffers were worried about Green returning. The paper said they were handing out photos of Green on Friday with a warning to stay away from him.
Prosecutors said they did not have an address for Green, who likely could face up to a year in jail if convicted.

OMG breaks down a killer list of 31 beautiful celebrity coifs. The list includes, Kate Winslet, Hayden Panettiere, Selma Hayek, Dita Von Teese, Reese Witherspoon, Angelina Jolie, Vanessa Williams, and much more. The list ends with Beyonce which to me is not very fair since she almost always wears weaves, and lace front wigs. I know she has beautiful hair underneath all that stuff, and I love her wigs and weaves, but I don’t think she deserves to be listed as a celeb with great hair since it’s not hers. I’m also not sure about Reese being listed on there either . I mean, she has nice hair, but I don’t see whats so special about it.
Anywho, I love this site OMG because it gives tons of great photos and up to the minute celeb trash that keeps me reading for hours!!! Check out the list and see for yourself.
